Barriers to Access: Migrant and refugee women’s experiences of the online family violence intervention order process

This research report explores the barriers experienced by migrant and refugee women when using online forms to apply for family violence intervention orders (FVIOs). It includes recommendations to improve the online application process and facilitate a more equitable overall system for obtaining family violence intervention orders.
