Older Women’s Perspectives on Telehealth

This national policy paper investigates how older women in Australia used telehealth in 2021-2022 under the expanded Medicare cover to demonstrate the importance of; and challenges for; older women accessing these services.

This paper offers insight and feedback from these women to assist in the creation of a more patient-centred Medicare telehealth policy.
