Policy Brief: Eliminating Gendered Health Discrimination

This national policy brief applies a gendered lens to discrimination in health care to inform policy, strategy and practice. It argues that gendered health discrimination has a profound impact on all aspects of women’s health and wellbeing and that recognising gendered discrimination within the health care system, and collecting evidence of the extent and impacts of this form of discrimination is key to its elimination.
