Bobbie Trower is a strategic policy, advocacy and partnerships leader with over 18 years of experience driving systemic change across government, non-profit and international sectors. Passionate about gender equality, health equity, youth leadership, climate justice and technology safety, They have successfully led major policy reforms, co-designed high-impact advocacy initiatives, and built powerful cross-sector partnerships to influence meaningful change. With expertise in human rights, strategic communications, digital engagement, monitoring and evaluation and movement-building, Bobbie ensures the voices of individuals and communities are front and centre in decision-making spaces.
