Olga Kokshagina (NSW)

New South Wales Board Member

Olga is a women’s health advocate. She is passionate about bringing technology and design to improve the care practices of women and their families. Olga is an Associate Professor in Innovation & Entrepreneurship at University of Sydney. She is an Adjunct Researcher at Monash University’s Emerging Technology Lab and the UNU Hub – Learning Planet Institute. She is a member of the French Digital Council. Olga has 15 years of experience in innovation management and strategic design. Olga’s work focuses on healthcare innovation. In particular, she has experience in co-design, value-based healthcare, patient centred care, and digital health. She has led and participated in healthcare projects with a variety of organizations including WHO, Unicef, Vall d’Hebron Hospital, Roche, QUT University, Marie Stopes Australia. In my pursuit to make healthcare more inclusive and human-centered, I co-founded an initiative in France called Ninti to support women’s health in the workplace.
