Rachael Uebergang (NT)

Northern Territory Board Member

Rachael has qualifications in social work, dance therapy and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She commenced her career in mental health and the women’s prison in Melbourne before relocating to Darwin where she was worked in women’s organisations for more than 20 years. Rachael specialised in gendered analysis of employment law and industrial relations as Director of the NT Working Women’s Centre and was on the reference group of the Respect@Work report. In 2020 Rachael moved into the position of Regional Manager, Northern Territory, YWCA Australia where she leads programs in gendered violence, homelessness, parenting and medical accommodation.
